They are run by a Moroccan man and his American wife, and they show you all the things the tourists don't normally get to experience, from the sheep heads cooked in sunken ovens, to the communal bakeries hidden under the back streets. It was by far the best thing we did on our trip there last year. I've never been so full in my life but it was totally worth it! They also recommend places you can go to find the more authentic food, not the standard tagines that seem to be everywhere. Natnoreply@blogger.com
